On August 9, 2011 Town Council approved 4 lease agreements detailing improvements to the private parking lots BEHIND Simpson Court businesses. There are four leases because of the 4 organizations/people that own the buildings with the corresponding parking lots.See sections 3 & 4 of the lease agreements below that detail the Town’s obligations to maintain the parking lots. |
